Considering that the training institution is the core business of the Ring Guarantee System. From enrollment, faculty, courses, opening of classes, counseling, and testing, all depends on the complete planning and execution of the training organization. Therefore, a third-party impartial inspection and suggestions are introduced to strengthen the evaluation mechanism of training institutions, and urge training institutions to pay attention to service quality and training content. Through review and counseling, the goal of improving training institutions is achieved. The plan to collect and analyze the evaluation mechanism of the three domestic ministries.
